Ashley began his career in the electrical trade straight out of secondary school, starting as an apprentice electrician in 2004. He qualified in 2007 and quickly built up a wealth of experience, working on a wide range of high-profile projects — including the Buckinghamshire County Council Offices, and joint U.S. Air Force and RAF bases at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Waddington. His work has also spanned numerous large-scale domestic installations.

With nearly two decades of industry experience, Ashley has developed a deep knowledge of electrical systems and thrives on the challenges of problem-solving and fault-finding — areas he particularly enjoys.

In 2020, Ashley founded Caversham Electrical, a venture that’s allowed him to meet a broad range of clients and tackle diverse projects across the sector. His vision was to create a local company known for quality, integrity, and personal service.

Outside of work, Ashley is a dedicated family man, a passionate sports enthusiast, and an avid traveller who loves exploring new corners of the world.
